When you send a sourcing enquiry, we collect your name, company, email address, product interest and message. You may also provide a phone number, estimated quantity and delivery destination. Please do not include payment details, confidential formulas or other sensitive information in the form.
How we use enquiry details
We use your details to review your requirement, communicate about your enquiry and keep a record of the conversation. Submitting the form does not place an order or confirm product availability. We do not use form submissions to automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Storage and website security
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Submitted enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse, and request checks and rate limits help protect the form.
Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request data to operate and protect these services. Our security controls also process request information to prevent abuse.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 on our main website to understand page visits, completed enquiries and phone or email link clicks. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes browser and device information. We do not send enquiry text, names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry identifiers to Google Analytics. We remove query strings and fragments from measured page addresses and limit referring addresses to their website origin. Advertising features and automatic form tracking are disabled. Analytics does not load when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also block analytics cookies using your browser settings.
Cloudflare’s security services may process browser and device information as part of their checks. Fonts, images and video are served from this website.
Access and retention
Enquiry records are available to the people administering Abana Chemicals’ website and handling its enquiries. Cloudflare processes data as the website and database provider. We retain enquiry records for handling requests and maintaining business records. You can contact us to request a correction or deletion.
